Casa Bear 

Is een typisch gezellig spaans huis, het heeft plek voor 8 personen, alle 4 de slaapkamers hebben king size bedden. 3 slaapkamers bevinden zich in het huis met 2 badkamers, het 4de bed is een studio met eigen ingang, badkamer met toilet. Elke ruimte/slaapkamer heeft een airco, die kunnen zowel verwarmen als koelen. De keuken is voorzien van vaatwasser, oven en koel- vries combinatie, ook is er een buitenkeuken/bar met eigen servies en bestek, een ingebouwde BBQ, koelkast en kookplaat. Onder de veranda of aan de bar kan men genieten van de tuin en het zwembad, op de lounge bedden of buiten bank kan men relaxen en zonnen.

Het huis ligt 5 minuten wandelen van het natuur strand Cala Moraig, vanuit dit huis zijn er mooie hikes/wandelingen langs de mooie kliffen van de Costa Blanca naar El Portet en Moraira.

Is a typical cosy Spanish house, it has room for 8 people, all 4 bedrooms have king size beds. 3 bedrooms are in the house with 2 bathrooms, the 4th bed is a studio with its own entrance, bathroom with toilet. Each room/bedroom has air conditioning, which can both heat and cool. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven and fridge-freezer, there is also an outdoor kitchen/bar with its own crockery and cutlery, built-in BBQ, fridge and hob. Under the veranda or at the bar you can enjoy the garden and pool, on the lounge beds or outdoor sofa you can relax and sunbathe.

The house is 5 minutes' walk from the natural beach Cala Moraig, from this house there are beautiful hikes/hikes along the beautiful cliffs of the Costa Blanca to El Portet and Moraira.

Es una típica casa acogedora española, tiene capacidad para 8 personas, los 4 dormitorios tienen camas king size. 3 dormitorios están en la casa con 2 baños, la 4 ª cama es un estudio con su propia entrada, cuarto de baño con WC. Cada habitación / dormitorio tiene aire acondicionado, que puede calentar y enfriar. La cocina está equipada con lavavajillas, horno y nevera-congelador, también hay una cocina al aire libre / bar con su propia vajilla y cubiertos, barbacoa de obra, nevera y vitrocerámica. Bajo la veranda o en el bar se puede disfrutar del jardín y de la piscina, en las tumbonas o en el sofá exterior se puede relajar y tomar el sol.

La casa está a 5 minutos andando de la playa natural Cala Moraig, desde esta casa se pueden hacer bonitas excursiones/senderismo por los preciosos acantilados de la Costa Blanca hasta El Portet y Moraira.
